These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SISP Planner (“the application” or “the service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
SISP Planner is a tool designed to help you organize and display user-created events from your Google Calendar (e.g., for supervision or reporting purposes). The application does not create, verify, or attest to the accuracy, completeness, or adherence of any events or data you enter. You are solely responsible for the content of your calendar and for ensuring that your use of the service and any generated forms or outputs meets your own requirements and any applicable rules or policies.
We provide form templates (e.g., supervision forms) and intend to keep them up to date. However, you are responsible for verifying that any form or template is accurate, current, and appropriate for your situation. We do not guarantee that forms reflect the latest official versions or that they will satisfy any particular supervisory or legal requirement. You use forms at your own risk and should confirm their suitability with the relevant authority if needed.
The application is for organizational and convenience purposes only. It does not constitute legal, supervisory, or professional advice. We do not attest to whether your schedule or use of the service complies with any supervision program, parole conditions, or other obligations. You are responsible for your own compliance.
Use of the service requires connecting your Google Calendar. Your use of Google’s services is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google’s services or any changes Google may make to them.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content (including forms) is accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service to violate any applicable law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or third-party systems or data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
