1 Information we collect and store

We only store the following data necessary to operate the application:

• Account information — When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier, display name, and email address so we can identify you and manage your account.
• Preferences — Your selected parole state (e.g., program type), preferred Google Calendar ID (we do not store your calendar events; we only store which calendar you chose to use).
• Sponsor emails — If you choose to add sponsor email addresses, we store those so we can allow those sponsors to view your schedule when they sign in (they view your calendar via the application; we do not store copies of your schedule).
• Plan and billing — If you subscribe to a paid plan, we store plan type and expiry. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details.

2 Google Calendar

The application uses the Google Calendar API with read-only access. Calendar events are read in your browser or via our systems only to generate your supervision schedule and forms. We do not store the contents of your calendar events on our servers. Your use of Google Calendar is also subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

3 What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing unrelated to the service. We do not store your calendar event data beyond what is described above.

4 Cookies and sessions

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. These are necessary for the operation of the application and are not used for tracking across other sites.

5 Data retention and your rights

We retain the data described above for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. If you have questions about this policy or your data, please contact us through the application or the contact method provided where you signed up.

6 Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
